Looking at things on a per minute or per X minutes basis is a good base line, but so is recognizing that it isn't a linear increase for production when minutes increase, necessarily. I like using a tier method that does exactly what you did above, but gives different ratings based on different tiers of minutes (as well as number of shots taken, etc.) played for various players. Then you ultimately get into making sure that your ratings jive with the game itself, and find the right sliders to compliment your system, etc. Okay, I'm rambling. You can rest assured that I don't need anything from your roster. I have a very committed group with people who are doing an excellent and completely original job.

I really expected it to be true, but as I see, you just copied all players and than keep changing ratings there. Of course it saves time for you, but everyone can agree that it's not nice thing to do, as you didn't even asked to use it as a base.

We have created the players from the scratch and I don´t need your work I repeat. Also we are creating all the ACB and Eurocup players, not just the euroleague ones. Our roster is based in the default one, so try to hide your impotence please.
I am not filling your post with useless comments, respect the work of others as I do. Continue with your work, good luck.

Not saying that 110 will/should often be used, but for some freaks it could be useful (power for prime Shaq, first step for prime AI... )
