Help waigua plugin not working

I already installed waigua plugin in NBA 2K20 file directory but nothing change when i add cyberfaces on waigua folder

I noticed that it only works like half the time for some reason. Sometimes I will load up 2K and all my mods will be working but other times it's all default. Something is causing the waigua plugin to not load correctly all the time.
