No, I think it's a machine problem, as it's running fine on others. Maybe something with the CPU or GPU not reading the texture properly. Here's the texture file maybe you can make it work on your end.

Here's a link to the texture file, maybe exporting it and saving it as DDS in your own computer would work. Let me know if it does.

Just exported the DDS texture in a different format.
