I just try and I have some mixed effects......I did try on 2k19 not on 2k20 yet.....

This is 2k19 but it works also on 2k20 of course:
The thing that I see is affected in 2K20 is the shoulder width and arm length. The both would have to be decreased. I myself am not changing it but some people feel that the shoes aren't sized down enough but like I said earlier they look smaller on some models than on others. At this point the resize of the shoes is the best I can do. They aren't perfectly sized but they're a little better than before.
I mean if you edit those in hihead.scne you can change shoes size without affecting shoulder or spine
