Ultimate Retro Roster NBA 2k20: 2025 End of Season Roster + More

Welp just spent over 2+ hours trying to figure out the tool and couldn’t do it. Oh well I guess I’ll stick with the default goggles lol

Ill figure it out later. Working on faces that are missing from the roster right now.

when I choose teams to custom leauge after 6 teams the game crashing..

I am back with another major update. In this update I have added:

-92 Dream team as a playable team with custom portraits by me (They are under the "All-time team" category in case you can't find them"
-1971 Hawks (can be found in the list of teams to the left of the free agency pool)
-More accurate 2008-09 Orlando Magic Jerseys. Credit to Pinoy21 for the jerseys
-1992 Team USA Jerseys. Credit to PeacemanNOT, they were originally designed for the Classic Seasons Mod for 2k19: viewtopic.php?f=241&t=106204
-Nearly 250 added files to the modded folder. I have added tons of new player portraits to the roster to improve accuracy.

Make sure you have downloaded:
- The Hook tool, this is ESSENTIAL for the roster to look correct. Make sure you place the config file in my mod download in the Hook folder to get the proper courts for the roster (viewtopic.php?f=258&t=108024)
- The latest modded pack for the roster:

Once again this is only an ONLINE download. I will release an offline file only if it is proven necessary.

Dope update. Is there a way to just take the 2k19 Dream Team Jerseys for NBA 2K20? or do i have to download this update for them to be playable?

Well the Dream team wasn’t in older versions of the roster. So you’d need to download the updated roster and the new mod pack to get them to work properly

If you are a fan of this roster and retro, you are going to want to check out the work Dee4Three has been doing on cyberfaces. He's tackling players that have never even had a cyberface in 2k games but are HUGE additions for the roster.

You can add them now yourself if you are familiar with the limnono tool or wait for an update of which these faces and more will be added.

I must be really stupid. Dropped the offline roster where it goes. Tried to even make a myleague with the online roster (no teams show up to choose) What am i missing or doing wrong? I have hook, put the config there. dropped the rest in the modded folder. I'm stumped

The MyLeague roster is the version that works with MyLeague. I would recommend downloading the latest roster, although there isn't an offline version for that

Thats the offline one correct? that i put in the steam 2k20 folder? either way. If i grab your roster from the 2khub, no teams even show up on the selection team. like its blank. Do i need to replace teams in my league with hook? I'm just lost. haha

No, both the regular and MyLeague rosters are online downloads

figured it out...in myleague I have to make a custom league and add all the teams, they were all blank!

How do i use this roster? I have everything downloaded and put into the modded folder.

Worked a bit on some cyberfaces. Nothing fancy, just messed around with face files

Questions.

I have missing players issue, example: Rasheed Wallace on 09-10 Boston Celtics or John Salmons on the Bulls. The player is in the roster, but no picture, no image and is invisible in edit mode or in game.

Also, some players have WNBA players as there pictures etc. How to fix and also some classic teams are WNBA teams... how do i fix that as well..

New to PC NBA 2K. After installing the roster, the modern logos switched to the classic logos for the current NBA teams in MyLeague (at the very least). Is it possible to keep modern logos for the current teams and the historic logos for the retro teams?

The current teams are classic teams in this roster, so my recommendation is to have two separate modded folders. One for use with the now teams (current NBA), and a second for Thunder Shaqs roster. It's really easy to do and switch between them.

Same issue, but for me the players look fine on the court, but do not show up in edit player.

The issue of the Lakers being invisible for 06 stems from me assigning them the white alternate jersey as their home jersey. It works fine when they have the yellow one, but expansion team slots only get two jerseys. They will likely just have the yellow home jersey in future updates.

Hey Thunder Shaq, do you know what MyLeague salary sliders should I use when playing MyLeague with your 2010 or 2011 roster to keep salaries around the same spot when I first start the game or at least slow down the rise of the player salaries?

When choosing what historic teams will be in the custom league, the game crashes once it registers more than 5 teams. Have you had any issues similar to that?

I would say mess around a bit with the sliders by choosing who you want to use as your model. It’s tough because I believe I made contracts reflecting closer to 2010. Message me in the PM’s if you have any other questions on those rosters

Please try the MyLeague version. That has a better chance. 2k can be touchy
