The Miami Floridians jerseys were one of the first mods that I wanted to do bc for some reason 2k hasnt put them in since like 16 or 17. Editing the font and tweak files for these were a b****, but I think they came out well. Let me know if you're feelin them!

I have a question regarding the normal and region jersey files. What controls the color or shade of the jersey. I made a retro wizards and warriors jersey but in game the jersey top is darker than the shorts. For the shorts i was able to use an untouched normal and region file as they mimicked a 2k file. Any pointers would be much appreciated

I've been learning a lot with these as well, as I'm still a noob at this. What I've gathered is that the normal file controls the 3d look of the textures. ie) the raised stitching on the numbers and wordmark embroidery and the wrinkles in the jersey. The region file controls the light reflection, ie) how shiny or metallic looking the numbers are. If you downloaded rob davis' jersey template, he has a blank normal and region file for the shorts and jersey in there.

Have you seen what the jersey looks like in play? If the top goes from dark to light with respect to the lighting , then it's your region file. If not, then maybe there's a semi-translucent layer making it darker?

Yes i have played in game and like you said it gets lighter a little bit with the lighting but never the same color as the shorts. I will look into rob davis' template, which i think i did in the past but it was a psd file i did not see the normal files in there.

My favorite concept thus far: The Jordan tribute jerseys.
Barons inspired with elephant print accents to resemble the black cement 3's. Subtle 45 on the waistband



Chicago blue or UNC blue with the elephant

Don't know why they haven't used this wordmark yet. Changed the signature diamond on the shorts to resemble bulls horns.

Does anyone know how 2k got the team logo to show up on 2019 all start jerseys? I tried using the font and tweak files as well as the rdat from inside the jersey file and that didnt do it

I just uploaded new font and tweak files to fix the name and number glitches on the Jordan concept jerseys. There is a separate file in the download link, just click the dropdown menu above the download button. Or you can just re-download the whole pack. Just overwrite the files you had with the new ones.
