Shoe "mismatch" colorways - 'retexturing' thing

And about the Curry ones, I think the files are inside the sync file, but there are not inside a shoe_ed or ng... there are all spread out inside the .BIN, so esentially you would have to look for every file one by one and see what files match the Curry 7.

hmm, I think this is complicated... when I tried to check the SYNC.BIN there is shoe_ng_4036 which is the curry 7 alright...and then just like the tutorial of maumau wayback 2015 to extract files from the sync..it will spread out the files and i found the files needed for the shoe_ng. And then here it goes;

I found the shoe_color, but there is no shoe_color_r...and I think it wouldn't be possible to make this work since there is no such file inside the sync ... there are only three shoe_color_r files inside the sync and none of them is for the curry 7...I also found the other things needed for the shoe_ng..just the shoe_color_r is missing...

and for the shoe_color I found, when I opened it on photoshop it was a bit odd..it was small and it looks like this i just zoomed it in to 200% because it was literally small and the things are so blurry.

Nevermind I found a way out of this mess...
I've been dying to put this kind of colorways (mismatched) into the game and a very fresh addition to my shoe colorway collection

We have like the same plans, I also did the Employee but only one foot, I don't want to use all the available shoe spots yet.

actually I already made shoes for every player per team at 85% teams done. majority using the shoe creator. and with accessory fix and some signature fix. timeline rotation fix so basically we have very mutual plans. hehe

I wish kicksology has enlightened us before he took a break on shoe modding. I mean. how he does that multiple mod colorways assigned to a shoe model that we can choose from on the edit player section not like what we do assigning on a PE which is very limited only. and another thing that comes from my mind is how to modify the shoe portraits or thumbnail whatever they call it.

Hey man, these shoes are nice!!, i'm glad other community members are continuing the shoes texture work.

Beginning it was only NBA2kexplorer, then they move textures to Bin, and creating textures in photoshop takes 2-3 hours and now just searching for corresponding texture in bin and explorer needs a few hours, and slowly i was not able to find motivation to continue because of the amount of time it takes to make one shoes and the hassle of finding the texture, i used Looyh bin explorer, but still can't find some shoe files not in 0c or in the Bin, i don't know what i'm missing.

Would be nice, if someone can export all the Shoe_ng files and also Shoe_style and combine in one big compressed file, will make it easier for future creations

woahhhh!! thank you man! hmm. have you already tried utilizing looyh’s OTP script? it helped me a lot in finding the corresponding shoe files in either bin or the archives. it makes work a lot more easier. because it will help u minimize the files u have to dig in to find those particular iff files u need. and in less than a minute u can pinpoint which files u need to extract. hope that helps !

What is the looyh OTP script, i feel i'm outdated, i missed on many new developments

here. try to scrolldown a bit until you find a long post by looyh with a corresponding attachment hook script debugOTP
try to read that part. it definitely helps a lot.
If you already are using the hook script by looyh(which I assume you are of course, that’s Marvin00 I m talking to ),it’ll not take long for you to understand and use it.

ohhh. yeah i forgot to mention the manifest because I assumed that u already know about that. using the debugOTP and the manifest search is a deady combo. trust me in 6 days i was able to make 15 “complete” shoe. because of the help of those amazing tools

Does anybody know how to make these kind of retexturing? I wanna expand my craft and make realistic-looking shoe colorways just like what this modder is doing. It’s looking great.
