The angle makes a difference. Compare this reference image. Looks about right to me other than the lower leg.... that can be adjusted to a point.

Very good work!! but when I start the game, Butler and Fox do not have the headband. Is there any special handling to do?

Butler and D Fox have alternating hairstyles. Sometimes they will wear the headbands, sometimes they won't. It's somewhat random.

what a shame ! it is not possible to put them all the time?

It is, you would need to edit the appearance.dat file.

In order to add the headband to Oubre, look up eo718 under player DNA. Import 'Oubre' appearance only and make sure to save the roster after.
