Yeah either you don’t have everything downloaded properly or you just have to restart your game. Both their faces are in the mod pack

Kenny Smith and Shaq as a commentator CF ID?

The default 2k Shaq is garbage looking and that is the only Bald Kenny Smith in the game lol

Is there any way to use the classic courts from last year? When I try to use them the floor is all black. Is there a way to modify the main court file to make it work with 2k20? Thanks for any help.

you cant use 2k19 floor iff files.
you have to extract the biggest dds file (floor texture), rename it (to match the biggest dds of the 2K20 file) and drop it in a 2K20 iff file.

I dont think so. Some modders make higher resolution courts, or with same lenght & height proportions, but the texture is compatible from 2K17 to 20 (for 2K16, it needs adjustements).

I'm sorry I really don't get it. Are you referring to the big76ers256.0200976aa730f40b.dds file? What would I change it to because it is the same file name in all folders. I extract the .iff file by using 7zip correct? Sorry, and thanks for any help! I'm not sure how to make the floor file match the 2k20 file.

However is there a way to remove the annoying stacked free agents during a my league or my season mode, I usually mix between classic/current/extra teams (but all of them are from this roster) and I even try to just select current teams and it's always the same: free agents of 80-90 ovr available at the beginning of the game

Also the false contracts for all the roster especially the year but this is less annoying

This roster is designed for Season mode rather than a multi-season MyLeague. That is why the free agents are stacked (you can't just clear the list or else it will crash in MyLeague). That is also why the contracts aren't accurate. I only do proper free agents and contracts for specific year rosters

I don't think I made myself clear. I want to use the modded retro courts from last year. When I put the .iff in the waigua folder the courts are a solid dark grey color in the game. I dont understand why they dont work.

you have to download a 2K20 floor. it will give you a fXXX.iff file.
open this iff file, copy big dds file name (it isnt the same than in 2K19)
rename mine dds to match the one of 2K20 floor, then drop my dds in the 2K20 file.

I am back with what I consider to be a MAJOR update for the roster. I have uploaded an update to the regular Ultimate Retro roster on 2kShare right now. You can find it by searching "Thunder Shaq" when searching for community rosters. There is NO offline roster with this update at the moment, that may change. I will be uploading an updated version of the roster that works in MyLeague soon.

Here is what is new:

-Two new retro teams: 2006 Lakers and 2008 Suns

- I have created over 200+ NEW player headshot portraits and added it for the roster. It bothered me that players like Michael Jordan didn't have a picture when you scroll through the roster. There are also assorted action shot portraits that I added (such as 93 Suns Barkley, 06 Kobe Bryant, Wizards MJ, etc.

- Some updated logos for teams like the 1997 Rockets, 88 Mavericks, 2010 Bobcats, 1993 Nets, 2010 Hawks, etc.

- I have HOPEFULLY fixed the court problem people were having. Crossing my fingers that I hope I have fixed the issue

-Other assorted accuracy updates (proper team color accessories, ratings, tendencies, jump shots, shoes

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS:

-Make sure you have the most up to date Hook tool: https://forums.nba-live.com/viewtopic.php?f=258&t=108024
- Download the URR mod pack and put the "waigua" folder in your NBA2K20 folder (replace the previous one you had for my roster).
-Take the "config" and place it in your NBA2K_Hook folder. If it asks you to replace the current file, say yes.
-Once you have done all this, search "Thunder Shaq" in 2k and download the roster named "Ultimate Retro Roster"

just downloaded this going to try it tonight and share feedback ,but i did noticed you have your NBA2K_Hook.dll file in the wrong folder, it should not be in the modded folder but in the main folder of nba2k20

Yeah I noticed that, too. It is just a duplicate file or something. It doesn't mess up anything on the roster. Feel free to delete it
