I dont get it. When I click your paypal link I get the screen to donate... are you saying that if I went through with it that you couldn't accept a donation? Like on your end it's not allowed or illegal? If so, why would you put a paypal link in your signature if you cant accept donations?
I don't use your mods, I am just trying to figure out how to help you work better with the community, and trying to help you help yourself. It seems like you want to be a member here and stick around awhile.

Unreal...being pro-community and bringing attention to anti-community practices is now considered "toxic". Both a bumped post and ad-links to a YouTube link and I'm the toxic member. Some people need to readjust their ideas of "toxicity".
Dee, yeah my Frankenstein comment was off-base. It just seemed like the biggest draw of this project was everything but the lighting he was showcasing. I wrapped my feelings of the ad-links into additional, arguably unwarranted criticism.
I've been a huge proponent of this lighting overhaul since the beginning but the practices of this thread make it hard to be a fan. Most people will support you when you don't make them jump through hoops.

I honestly do not know if I could receive the donation or not because I have not received any and that I know in my country it is not illegal to receive donations but remember that for this part of the world we take much into account to generate some kind of monetization online but illegal it is not

And that is what I was trying to get at. I am trying to better understand his situation right now. He has a paypal account, and a link in his signature, but he is saying that donations are not accepted.
Modders need to realize that they will make more off of donations than they EVER would off of adfly links, by far. Why? Because if the modder is creating work that others like, and they are being a positive member of the community and consistently displaying good practices (Direct links to mods, releasing work they preview, etc) people will keep coming back, and will be more open to donating to the modder.
I have donated to several modders who are positive forces in the community, who consistently have solid practices and treat people the right way.

I think we are not understanding if you would accept the question is that paypal let them come to my account because according to paypal policies my country is not selected to receive donations.

I'll suggest not using ad.fly links for preview videos even more strongly. If that's where we're at, then our modding community is truly going down a bad path. I've been a part of this community for 22 years, including 18 at the helm of the NLSC, and I'm really disturbed by the way things are going these days.
It's really looking like w'ere going to have to institute stricter policies regarding ad links, or ban their use altogether. They've already become dangerous due to spyware and adult content, but now we've got people running users through multiple ad links and using ad links for previews as well. It's becoming too much, and it flies in face of what this community was founded upon, spits on every modder that paved the way since the site was founded in 1996.
I understand wanting to make a few bucks for your time and effort since the avenues are there these days, and I don't mean to single you out because a lot of people are using ad links, but they are becoming a problem and we're going to have to make some tough decisions in the near future. Even for now though, using ad links on preview videos as well as the download itself is pushing things a bit too far. Bumping the topic with the same preview as before is also not a particularly good practice.

ok the ads of the videos have been removed but by my decision and some people who would follow me in a good way, because according to the policies of the site I am not breaking any rule without compromise my commitment is with the people who want a better game with Quality graphic effects.
second point if you are going to make a problem 5 seconds of your time to support a project in which the person is dedicating up to weeks in trying to do something impressive without receiving any kind of gain or support from anyone if it is like that and I see that they follow With the problematic and without seeing any support I will not continue in the project to avoid problems with the people and the community ... because I believe that I did not break any rules and I am demotivating the project with those comments of a few and without seeing No kind of support is that simple, I tell you all with a lot of respect and humility

It's violating the spirit of the rules, if not the letter. It's why we're looking at changing policies, because it's getting out of hand, and completely lacking in goodwill. And if we institute new rules, we will expect them to be followed.
