I explain where the files should go in the folder names, but if necessary:
-waigua goes in your main NBA 2K20 directory folder

-The roster files in the Roster Files folder will go in your remote folder for 2k20. As shown in the video tutorial above, you will have to create a roster file in game and then name whichever roster you want to download the same name and copy it over to replace it (Example: You create a roster in the game, it shows up as roster003, You would take my roster titled 2009Roster, change that file name to roster003 and drag it over to your remote folder to replace it).

This is where my NBA 2K20 "Remote" folder is. It is likely that the numbers will not be exact for you, PLEASE watch a tutorial on how to install offline rosters if you have any trouble

I’m in the same boat with a new job. I won’t have the same amount of time as I did a few months ago for the last roster. Mostly going to be evenings and weekends for me lol. Help as much or as little as you’re able to! I’ll strongly consider that Raptors team for their current slot. I won’t be rushing as much with this so take your time.

I've always used that Kenny Render for the 95 Rockets (as you know)

I believe if you swap in an appearance file from a player with his skin/body type, it will work.

It's been quite awhile since I messed with that.

The appearance file is inside the players PNG.iff. Find someone with Kennys skin color, export both PNGs from 2K17 explorer, and swap the appearance file from that player into Kennys PNG.. Make sure the player has the same body type as Kenny as well.

Haven’t figured out the explorer tool yet, so no update on the Kenny Smith. I’m slowly creating players for the roster, but I don’t want to start working too much on the actual roster in case there are any major updates coming up with added legends

I spent much of yesterday going through cyber faces to find good lookalikes for players in my roster using the fictional faces they have in the files. Of course, the roster won’t really take off until I get a proper team editing table. For now, it’s mostly just creating missing players. Keep those suggestions and thoughts coming!

1. This is awesome.

2. I humbly request that you consider the '99 Spurs for one of the slots. That was the best Twin Towers year, Duncan was a monster, Mario Elie was added, and the Spurs were an excellent team that is often overlooked because of the lockout. They went 15-2 in the playoffs, losing 1 game to KG's Timberwolves and 1 game in the Finals. In between, they swept the Kobe/Shaq Lakers and the Jail Blazers. Anyway, one of my favorite teams that never gets added. Instead we get rookie Duncan in '98. Womp womp.

I'm strongly considering putting the 2010 Suns in the 2003 Suns slot. Marbury will still be represented on the 1998 Timberwolves, but I just think the '03 Suns are a bit unnecessary. I'm thinking I might add the 1983 Suns or possibly the 1976 Finals team instead.
