Is it possible to edit fans/crowd members?

I was wondering if anyone knew what files to edit if you want to change the fans/crowd members in a given stadium?

Is a given fan's clothing/hair/skin selected from a single file? Or are there separate files corresponding to each specific individual in the crowd?
Also -- beyond Photoshop and the file exporter, is there other software that I would need to get in order to edit the crowd members?

Any other info regarding editing crowd members would also be welcome.

Twist has released crowd files for the NBA teams. Some teams share generic files so not all teams have specific files. He has released a template. Try searching under his name [twist]. Don't know about hair and skin but clothing can be edited. All teams fans are in one file. You'd also need to use 7 Zip to open the IFF files.

I also wonder this but deeper I remember Celebs use to be in the crowds like Spike Lee, Jay-Z, Snoop, would be cool to add Jack Nicholson to the crowd.
