Choose your desired NBA 2K21 Loading Screen from the links above and extract the file image_loading_screen_generic.def421c374a724c8.dds to your pc.
Then add the extracted image_loading_screen_generic.def421c374a724c8.dds to your gooeyglobal.iff.
Put the gooeyglobal.iff to your waigua folder.

open the gooeyglobal.iff file using winrar/7-zip, then add or drag the dds file inside gooeyglobal.iff
