Hey guys I'm pretty new to modding but I'm trying to get better. I will be posting new edits when I can. first upload is Anthony Edwards, hopefully it will be used in bluejaybrandon's draft class by people. Remember to change the png and face iff to something else. Cheers!

that's great work, especially since you are still new! the face texture was cloned fantastically, but i have a couple of suggestions for the model. I think eyes should be a bit closer together, and the chin and mouth need to go up a bit. Also, you can make the iris size bigger (anthony has very big irises) in the appearance file. Think that would add more likeness too. Keep up the great work, it's awesome we got another promising modder!

PettyPaulPierce, Hey man cheers for the feedback. Good points, do you edit from the side first? cause I find when I edit from the front first then change to the side is messes up the model. Yes, I changed Iris to "LARGE" in RDAT does it go any bigger than that? Haha cheers man, I appreciate that!

oh lol, not to my knowledge, i think that's the biggest it goes... as for editing well yeah often times it's gonna get messed up, i usually go back and forth from side to front, back to side, etc. till i get the correct shape. It's all about experimenting and paying attention to details.

PettyPaulPierce, Gotcha, I'll try to work on that next time.
TGsoGood, That's high praise man! Thank you, I honestly watched most of your tutorial videos to get the hang of this stuff so I couldn't of done it without you mate.

This is looking good so far! Keep going man. U should focus on the sides more and you shouldn't rely too much on the background image. Make feel adjustments by checking out the players facial ratios.

This looks promising. Great job.
I'll leave you two side reference shot that should help you better model the head and also improve the textures from the sides, specially removing the "shadows" front cloning creates on the side of the nose and cheeks.
top notch for texturing:

https://media.gettyimages.com/photos/nico-mannion-of-the-arizona-wildcats-looks-on-prior-to-beginning-the-picture-id1203247073?s=2048x2048this last one can help you improve the texture of the eyebrows, cheeks, beard, nose, forehead, hair, because it has way better quality than the one I assumed you used. He is smiling so it isn't great to start with.
https://www.thestepien.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/0sEK1_Ng.jpegWhat I sometimes do when I have a great smiling reference is do a front capture of the model in blender with my texture (as big as possible), then go into photoshop and slowly replace each part of the screenshoted model (eyebrows, eyes, beard, hairline, etc) with my texture with the parts of the high-quality smiling photo.
Then I go back to Blender and use this modified screenshot as my background image. You have no longer to edit anything as the "model" is the same but the texture is now way better. I just project the duplicated UVS from the point-of-view into the modified model and adapt it.
I am not sure I explained clearly what I meant, feel free to ask me anything if you didn't understand it.

Increased the image size/ quality of Big Shot Rob's images for you.
I also cropped the images to just show the head and shoulders
Click on that first one and make it full size, you will see a great amount of detail with the quality of the image preserved.
