Modding characters into 2K20

Hi guys, new here in modding. I just want to say thank you for all the amazing mods released so far on this forum.

I was just wondering: How could I get characters like this into the game and play with them?:

2 ways. Find a link and assign them in game or you have to create them yourself.
you can find some special characters on 2kspecilist.net but some of those character are only for sale.
I don't personally sale or buy any mods so I'm not sure where you could find some of the special characters.
