I need help with the blender

I cant import hair, facial hair and some other hihead.scne. PLEASE HELP GUYS!

When i import hair_01.SCNE or facialHair_01.SCNE nothing comes out and there is no error message.

Do the models get imported into the object outliner? (the section on your right top where you can select with vertex object group you are editing)

big-shot-ROB, Yes my model get imported into the object outliner but only the hihead.SCNE. When i import the hair_01.SCNE or facialHair_01.SCNE nothing comes out even a message saying there was an error none.
