missing floor file

For whatever reason I cannot seem to find f004_alt2.iff in the manifest. Cannot extract it from game. It's the Cavs city court. Would very much like it so I can continue to do this Cavs project. If anyone can get this file out of the game pls send it to me. Thank you.
