Help Implimenting michaelvlutz lighting

Postby brendancasimir on Fri Apr 24, 2020 2:02 am

Hey,

I know there has been a lot of tension about questions asked on the forum, but on this one i have done a lot of research and have not had any luck. It appears others have actually asked this question previously and i have never actually seen it answered.

So i downloaded CujoMatty's raptors arenas, and the City Arena with michaelvlutz lighting looks AMAZING! I am wondering how i can implement the michaelvlutz lighting on all of my arenas, or even where i can get michaelvlutz lighting? Is it possible to implement this as a global, or must i apply it to every arena?

If someone could please help. I really want to have this amazing look for all of my courts!

Thanks so much,
b

So you’ll need to open up the s0XX.iff file that controls the stadium, using sometime like 7zip. Once inside that look for anything that has been edited and carry of over to another stadiums s0XX.iff file. I think at least one you’re looking for is called PostEffects.twk or something like that. Just drag it over to the other stadium and you should have similar lighting. I’ll check later but I’m fairly certain this is a viable method.

You’ll need to use the 2k explorer tool to export all the files. Looyah has released one to max export files. Basically go through each teams archive and find the s0XX.iff file and export.

There is no tension in asking question imo, I mostly just questioned the way we should do it :) ! I think exporting his lighting to other arenas works but i had some crashed when doing it with arenas made by others. Im not shure whos arenas but i know it was because they used different methods somebody told me before.
