So I'm impatient waiting for Twist's crowd files so I decided to take a crack at editing the 2k19 ones and updating them. I opened up each of the files that needed updating (ex. removed the Russell jerseys from the Brooklyn and replaced them with Kyrie) with 7zip, used photoshop to edit the files, saved the DDS file and then used 7zip to put the dds file back in the .iff.
The problem is that when I add the file to Waigua and start the game.....the entire arena crowd is black shirts. None of the changes are showing up at all.
I've tried everything today from editing Twist's files to exporting the 2k20 files with Explorer and adding the dds files directly to them...to resizing and saving the files under different dds formats.
I cant figure out why a 2k19 file works perfectly in 2k20 until I edit it slightly? One other thing that is frustrating me is that I had a similar issues with Twist's Brooklyn and Charlotte crowds earlier this year and I fixed it somehow but cant remember how.
Can anyone give me some guidance?
Thanks.

Just tried resaving my completed dds files using that format...still getting the black crowds.
Can you walk me through what you are doing when you create crowds? I'm not a complete newb when it comes to this stuff (I've used photoshop to create dornas for 2k and stadium art for Madden) but there is an aspect of the process that I'm screwing up here and I cant figure it out

I had a conversation with TwisT few days ago, he is about to finish his crowd update soon, so if you don't find out the problem, you shouldn't wait for much longer.

Thanks man. I'm still trying to figure out what the issue is though. Its frustrating to put in a days worth of work and have it not work at all.

Now this has happened to me before sometimes i think it has something to do with the pc resolution and/or size of the file. Make sure your crowd display settings are on high or try to turn them down and see if the crowd shows up.
Here is a stream i did making a crowd, just hit play it starts right in the middle. Just remember to save as the filetype above 2k20 is different than 2k19.
