Is there any way to remove tattoos on face files?

Currently in the process of making a cyber face, I used Isaiah Thomas’ face texture but his neck tattoo is still visible- is there any way I can remove this?

I did combine the files from Eko718's Kendrick Nunn Body and Face edit with that Kendrick Nunn CF and Body edit with tattoos from a Chinese modder and all I get was a distort face of Kendrick. I wanted to use Eko's and mix it with the tattoos from the other but I can't seem to work it out. Maybe you could teach me, bro?

Yep, just download 7zip. Right click on the Nunn png with tattoos then “open archive”. Find “chest_color........dds” and “chest_color........txt” then open Eko’s Nunn and drag the files over. The new png will have Eko’s Nunn with the tattoos.

The Chinese modder's tattoo is not the real Kendrick Nunn's. 2K released a tattoo of it on a patch, I used it and put it on Eko's mod.

The Chinese modder's tattoo is not the real Kendrick Nunn's. 2K released a tattoo of it on a patch, I used it and put it on Eko's mod.
