Need help to replace logo

Hello,

I want to add the old logo of the kings for my roster 1989-1990 roster project.
Replace the logo 593 aff the all times kings by this

How can i do this ?

1. Open this image in Photoshop
2. Use the magic wand tool to take way the white background until transparent.
3. save as a .DDS file (search the forum for settings - easy find)
4. Open Kings all time log iff file with 7zip and delete the .dds file (but not the .txtr file)
5. Drag the saved .DDS file into there.
5. Drop iff file into Mod folder

can this same method be used to switch other logos in the game? ON courts and jerseys ect.

WHat name must i put to the dds ?

each team has a "slot"
for example current 76ers has slot 000
it means its
- logo is in logo000.iff
- floor is f000.iff
- arena is s000.iff
- ads are related to 000.iff

Current Kings slot is 013, alltime Kings slot is 593
so you have to open related logoXXX.iff file, there's a DDS inside, you want to replace current logo by yours.
