Player Portrait Issue

Hi guys, I'm incredibly ambitious and in over my head, and I'm trying to get into modding. I made my own headshot and photoshopped a GSW jersey on me to put in-game, and I've done it. However, the picture is a lot bigger than needed and I'm not sure how to fix it. Any tips/fixes?

Download a portrait file from 2k19 and use as your guide. I dont recall anyone doing portraits for 2k20 yet (I could be wrong). Good Luck!
