Where are all the super hero mods?

I often see crazy mods on YouTube, things like the Hulk, Pikachu, Anime characters, etc.
Yet, I've never been able to find these available anywhere, even in previous years.
Are these purchased from somewhere?

you mostly see those in Dominus's videos. He usually contacts the modders directly to request those cyberfaces.
If you contact Dominus directly he may send you a few. I'm sure he would be willing to do a few YT videos playing with you while using some of those mods.

It is kind of unfortunate that the creators don't really share those openly that much these days but anyone can make them.

I'm sure some are free mods but most are probably made upon request.
Usually when people seek out a modder for a specific request to create stuff like this they will donate to the modder.
In any case this site is for people to share their works openly and freely if any of those creators wanted to share those mods

For 2K19 a modder posted images on his Facebook page but did not release any there despite requests. Maybe he posted on eyeuc (Chinese site). I liked the mods for 2K14. I added many celebrity and superhero CFs to my 2K14 roster. Here's his site. I'd love to get some myself for 2K20.
