i stole the face texture of my myplayer using ninja ripper, also got my tatts too lol. so now i can use my own face in mygm on the roster
basically it rips textures and sometimes models from dx11 10 9 or even 8. keeps the size and everything for the textures too as well as the bump maps
here is the link https://gamebanana.com/tools/5638
basically it’s pretty straight forward.
Exe: nba2k game location
Arg: skip
Dir: nba2k game location
choose your output directory where you want the files to be ripped out to
now below ”Run” on the upper right where it says intruder inject choose dx11.
settings is just to choose your hotkeys.
now press Run in the upper right to launch game
now go to a player or your my career
and press F9 which is default. it will rip the textures you see in game
now if you want to see thumbnails for dds so it is easier to see what you are working with download sagethumbs
link here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/sageth ... t/download

For .dds files, I use a program called Woody's Texture Viewer.

Step 1 – Look up the Player Cyber Face ID that you want to replace and the Archive bin.
1. You have to know what archive the player you want to edit is in.
2. Open the manifest list for the CFID and look up on CFID list.
3. Write down the CFID and Archive bin.
Step 2 – Extracting the cyber face
1. Go to the NBA 2k Explorer program.
2. Go to Options -> Preferences -> Select the archive bin that the player that you want to replace is in.
3. Run the search.
4. Extract the 3D files to a folder on the desktop.
Step 3 – File manipulation
1. Open the png file (Example png6179.iff) with 7zip.
2. In 7zip delete hihead_1.SCNE thru hihead_5.SCNE leaving only hihead.SCNE.
3. Look for the .model file that has the largest file size. That is the one that corresponds to the hihead.SCNE.
4. Delete all of the other player models leaving only the largest model.
5. Extract hihead.SCNE to the desktop.
6. Right click and Open the hihead.SCNE file in notepad.
7. Pres Crtl + F and search for “hihead.”
8. After 1st instance of “hihead.”, go to the close bracket right before the comma and select all the way down to right before this at the time bottom and delete it.
};
Object
9. Delete all of the extra LOD stuff by going in front of the quotation marks and deleting everything up to “hihead”.
10. Press save in notepad.
11. Place the edited hihead.SCNE back into the original pngXXXX.iff file and overwrite.
12. Open the faceXXXX.iff file and place your myplayer’s .dds into the folder and replace its name with the file name that is face_0_color_XXXXXXXXXXX.dds
13. Place all completed files into the waigua modded folder.
Step 4 – Finding a player to replace their face with the edited file.
1. So now let’s go find a player to replace their face. You can use the limnono trainer for this.
2. Launch 2K20 and press F1 to activate limnono trainer and select initializer.
3. Go to edit roster and find a player and Select him.
4. Bring up limnono trainer by pressing F1.
5. Click read highlighted player.
6. Enter the face id number (example 6179) which corresponds to the png6179.iff file.
7. Go to edit player and you should see the changes.
8. The picture in the roster will eventually change.
