Help, how to mod NBA 2K20?

Hi everyone and sorry for my bad English. So this year I have NBA 2K20 and I'm doing a few games, I saw that there are a lot of mods on the internet and I would like to know how to apply them because I've never done it before.
In particular I am interested in the graphic ones (especially the scoreboard), can anyone tell me which tools I need to play the game?
