SKIN LEGS TEXTURE : "UNDERGARMENT TATTOOS"

Hi,
if someone know if it's possible to have a more darker texture for tatoos on skin texture to simulate this "undergarment"..
it's correct on skin color 4 (pippen) but no on skin color 2 (jordan)
