Modding the 76ers court and All Star Teams

Hey All,
I do not like going to bother people about asking questions but this problem has bugged me. I have been able to mod everything except the 76ers court and the All Star Teams. I DO NOT use Hook, and I am trying to avoid doing so, but not sure why these things are problematic.
Yes, I have labeled them correctly and it shows perfectly on others peoples games.. also I swapped out a uniform I wanted to use as an all star uniform to a slot for the Rockets (just to see if it was the file) and it worked! So I am not sure if there is a problem with my game or what.
