Need Help Importing Cyberfaces

Hey guys, This is my first year and im just getting into it and ive been doing well, but cyberfaces have been a real struggle for me. Im playing My career, and i found really cool lebron scan i want to import, but when i put it on the roster and go to edit Bron (using the same ID numbers) its the same face. at first I assumed it was because its a .rar file, and the tutorial vid i saw was using .iff but when i manually changed it, it just loops the edit player loading screen. (I assumed it wouldn't work). Ill link the face im using, it appears popular. I just need someone to explain how theyre accessing these in game.

The .iff files are in this .rar file you've downloaded. Extract them and place them in the waigua folder.
If you do not know what the waigua folder is then you need to start from scratch and watch some tutorials on how to add edited files in the game and the tools needed for it.
