I know this maybe be unrelated but is there a way to change other players on your mycareer that's on your team?

I assume that it's possible using a tool like Cheat Engine, though I'm not familiar with the specific steps. That's what I'd look into, though.

With that being said, I'd advise you to be careful about messing around too much with a MyCAREER save. Aside from the usual dangers of corrupting data and losing the file, it also tends to ping the anti-cheat measures and get your account banned by 2K. The irony of the anti-cheat measures is that they seem to get people who are doing stuff for offline/single player more often than they do the people who hack their players or MyTEAM squads for online play.
