MyPlayer customization in Create a player

Hi, I'm new to the forums so I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question. But is there any way to get the myplayer customization options {tattoos, hairstyles, hair colors, body types etc.) in regular create a player? I'm new to modding 2k and any direction would be greatly appreciated.
