LWP: Local Watermark Project [WIP]

I've noticed a lack of local/regional watermarks readily available on the forums, so I decided with my graphic design skills and amount of free-time due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I'd either collect and improve upon OR create from scratch the regional watermarks use for whatever national network affiliate (usually NBC or FOX, or a specialty broadcaster) they broadcast their home games on. I always like having the actual watermarks teams use, really gives a better sense of immersion. I figured others here might enjoy that as well, hence why I'm doing this.

My goal is to provide realistic and accurate watermarks for all 30 NBA teams

The releases will be released and organized by their regional divisions and conference. That being said, we will be starting with my home division, the Eastern Conference's Eastern Division! Work starts today, no ETA on the 0.1 release though.

Looyh made a FOX scoreboard that came with a watermark that included the home team's logo. I think it'd be dope to bring that back to 2k20. Dope project man... can't wait!
