Mod existing players during MyLeague

Is there a way to mod existing real players cyberfaces once a MyLeague has started?

You cannot do it with the regular menu (where you can only modify players drafted during the MyLeague) so I was hoping I could do it through an external software

I don't fully understand what you want to do with players in your myleague but yes you can mod them.
You can give them new cyberfaces and more

I want to change their cyberfaces because I don't like them looking always the same (especially the younger players) during a long My League.
Is there a guide?

Actually it would be awesome to use the game internal customization section (the one you can use only for rookies), if possible
