Is it possible to access the roster from a MYCAREER file now that 2K has shut down their 2k20 servers? I have 8 different mycareer files and I forgot to save those rosters prior to the servers going down.

Unfortunately not. MyCAREER has become increasingly watered down following the servers being shut down, to the point where it's not even available anymore. As far as I'm aware, the only way to export any data with external tools would be to have the save files loaded into memory, which is no longer possible. It shows how intrusive the connected experiences have become.
