MyLeague Edit Playbook keeps on resetting

Hi,

I started to play the offline MyLeague with a new season. As I edit the playbook hoping to save my favorite plays, it keeps on resetting every time I launch the game.
I did a Save or a Save As to ensure that my plays are saved, but still keeps on defaulting to the original playbook.

I am looking for an answer to this as well. I have to reset this up each game I play. With the player/position specific playcall being 3 clicks it would be nice to have these setup each game.
