Players/Uniforms have this weird pixely look in game

Hopefully these images show it off what I mean but they look kinda off I guess. They look like their outline I guess is pixely? It only does this in game but when I look at the game replay it looks fine

Of those mods, I'm guessing the Global is the most likely culprit. You can restore the original game files by refreshing your game cache through Steam.

oh ok I'm a noob how do I do that? I removed the files manually so i think it's fine now. But just to be safe I guess I should do that.

Also will my progress in mycareer and stuff still be ok?

edit: I think i figured it out. I'll try and reinstall and see what happens

Or try removing the global mod and restarting the game. I have a global that made some jerseys grainy also
