HELP: cant access Mycareer, am i banned?

Hi
I just tried using a couple of different cyberfaces for mycareer.
BTW i only have 1 player account
I ve been trying to access is but im constantly getting error with connection to the server
I can play myteam just fine
I tried to create a new player thru my career builder
My character is invisible
How to fix? Help please

If your account is banned, you'll get a notification as seen here: https://youtu.be/vTzucTkdpXk?t=65
The error you're getting, assuming it's not a temporary issue with 2K's servers, would probably suggest an issue with your save file, or something else at your end preventing the load and connection to the servers.
If you've got any mods installed, try removing them temporarily to see if there's a conflict. If that resolves the issue, starting re-adding the mods a few at a time until the error occurs again, and that'll help you track down the mod that's causing the problem. If it doesn't make a difference, then the problem lies elsewhere. You can try refreshing the game files through Steam, but if it's your saved file that's damaged, that's not good news.
