The game freezes and shuts down

Sometimes (not always) when I play QUICK PLAY the game freezes for a few seconds and shuts down in 2-3 quarter. Maybe someone is facing the same problem?

I wish I could help. I cant even start the game.

same here. it has been a while... i think it started around the same time COVID-19 lockdown started.
there are a few tweaks to the graphics setting that will stabilize the game a little but i am literally saving at the end of every quarter in fear of the game crashing.

Guys have you tried other games? And also use MSI Afterburner to monitor gpu, cpu usage and temperatures. I think it's related to hardware. Not just 2k20 game.

For ~5 months it was ok. Now it's the second day game is crashing again...
