defending transition

Hey guys, im having some problems defending certain teams in transition. It seems to be an issue this year. Any idea how to prevent it ? Im not very advanced in changing tactical settings.

Transition Focus, baby.
RIght D-Pad, flip through pages.
You have three options:
1. Auto (if you lazy)
2. Protect Perimeter
3. Wall up.
