Paid Mods in Chinese forums

Can anyone help me here how to purchase paid mods in chinese forums? Mainly i want to purchase Arteezy's and yangfugui's works. Im here in the Philippines and it will be great if a fellow Filipino help me purchase those mods. Thanks in advance!
