NBA 2K20 doesn’t work (Crashing)

Hi everyone
I bought Legend Edition and the game isn’t loading. Just starting and it crashes after Logos screen.
I noticed this with 2K19 and still having the same issue with 2K20. I updated my drivers and still the same.
Even I uninstalled Steam and now waiting for the game to be redownloaded.
I have MSI 1070 GTX.
All games from steam are working except NBA 2K19 and 2K20

Maybe CPU is your problem (as is my). Check is your CPU have SSE 4.x instructions.

Maybe CPU is your problem (as is my). Check is your CPU have SSE 4.x instructions.

2k20 is not optimized well at all. 2k19 runs significantly better. Think this is the first time I cant make an argument about 2k20 not actually being ready to go. It shouldn't have been released like this. hoping they get it together after a few patches. It will take a few of them without a doubt.

couldn't agree more.
I just refunded my game from Steam and will think about it later if they fix those issues.
hopefully NBA LIVE comes to PC soon

That's strange. 2K19 gave me the blues, crashed all the time. Since I've got 2K20, I've played about 8 games so far and it hasn't crashed at once. In fact, it runs much smoother on my system than 2K19. Must be a issue with your vid card or your computer configuration. Good luck, hope you resolve it.

I have the same problem. The point is online. If you turn off the Internet, then everything will be fine. As soon as you try to connect to online services, the game crashes.

I've reset all settings in my windows 10 and reinstalled the game and it worked fine

Tell me what you did?

I had this problem then i fix it! first go:

1.Game library on steam
2.Right click on Nba 2k20
3.Go to properties
4.Go to Local Files tab
5.Then Select VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES
6.Steam will diagnose the problem and it will re download the files that may cause your crash then BOOM! wait for it after download then the game will run smooth!
