I've been using Triple Threat to grind Evolution cards. Works quite well for the lower levels.

Looks like the new set coming will be a domination 2.0 like mode with better players as rewards

Could just be coincidence, but it sure looks like 2K is capitalizing on a lot of people being stuck home... naturally as someone who hates working and loves to stay home, I have to go out in this.

They're definitely looking to do that. They have pulled back on the previous approach to Spotlight Challenges, though. Probably felt they were giving away cards too easily.

I have Pink Diamond Steve Nash, I have evolved the emerald Nash all the way to Amethyst and I'm still bummed I don't have the Amethyst Mavericks Steve Nash from the beginning of the game's launch (I believe it was a weekly spin reward). It's an addiction to collect lol

That's definitely the idea! Of course, some of them aren't in packs or available to auction, so they remain a tease.

Wow! Lucky indeed. The completionist in me still needs at least one Galaxy Opal on PS4 and PC - whomever it might be - just to get the Trophy/Achievement.

If you're looking to just snag an Opal for easy on PC, you can get Trae Young for about 56k buy now. So many people pulled him and they're not satisfied with his 6'2" stature.

Some more updates. Close to getting my first Opal Rewards player, and debating if it should be Tim Duncan or Josh Smith.

Josh Smith might be more fun to play with, though sentimentally, I'd have to go with Tim Duncan.

I plugged in the Andrew Bogut locker code. I missed out on the Aussie, but the ball landed in the corner for Michael. Funny how that works.

Jealous! I ended up with Bogut on PC, 10 Tokens on PS4. Better than 2000 MT, though.

Trying out Triple Threat Online for the new Cunningham, and boy is it a rough experience. Filled with a bunch of cheese and Opals. The worst part is that I have yet to see Billy after multiple hours of gameplay.

The best part was when I faced an all Galaxy Opal lineup with the GOAT collection emblem. He hits a cheesy stepback three on me, calls me trash, then I blew him out 22-13.

EDIT: Still no luck finding Cunningham, but I did get someone even better in exchange for selling Big O

I've seen people defending it on Twitter, and hey, different people are going to like different things. I get it. However, it really does defeat the purpose of having different player cards when they all have the same abilities. Why bother collecting great three-point shooters when everyone can knock them down?

Agreed. All strategy is gone and everyone is going to feel the same. If you want a dominant inside presence like Shaq, you should have to sacrifice the outside shooting.
