Help Me Add Custom Jerseys/Court

Does anyone have or know a tutorial/forum on how to bring custom designed jerseys and courts into the game. All the ones I've seen have been deleted or the images from the forum don't show. I'm very new to modding so its very difficult to follow along with no tutorial.
