Looking for Difficulty Sliders

I've seen a ton of "realistic" sliders, but they've all leaned towards making the game stats realistic. I'm not looking for that. I'm looking for realism in the sense that the game mechanics are realistic. I don't care about stats. I just want a slider set that makes sense and provides a challenge. Are there any out there like this?
