How to scan face?

I downloaded MY2k20 app, opened game and Myplayer mode, scanned my face in the app and it is written that upload is successful and I can check the face in game. But it doesn't appears, when I select "Scan face" or "Scan for face data" in Myplayer - nothing happens. What I'm doing wrong?
Second question - is it possible to use scanned face on any player and any mode I want?

Chances are you're not doing anything wrong. I've found the app to be very unreliable when it comes to sending through usable data, which is frustrating when the game subsequently tells you to try again and "pay close attention to the instructions", when no feedback on what went wrong are provided.

If you're looking to use a scan for anything other than MyCAREER and the connected modes however, it's not worth doing a scan as that's all it can be used for.
