If i remember, i read a thing about a leaderboard "You represent your team with other players and give points to your team." Thing like that

Well they say it's a mode and it starts with the season. I'd say it might be like Play Now with today's matchups - and you can play in those separately from your main career.

Definitely sounds like some kind of connected experience with leaderboards. If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say something like Mortal Kombat X's Faction Wars, where your affiliation contributes to a score and you earn rewards based on community performance week to week. Contributing to said score would probably involve a combination of weekly/daily challenges, and general performance throughout a connected MyCAREER.
