There is. Two versions in fact. Check the cyberface ID list.

As Manu is no longer an active player, he can't be included in the game by default as per the agreement with the NBPA. They'd have to secure his likeness rights again, and I expect they will at some point, but they obviously haven't yet.

It's a good idea in theory, but unfortunately threads like that often get overlooked (even when they're pinned), or people just prefer to create new topics so that their question gets more attention.
