Bypass SSE4.1 Support -AMD Phenom issue resolved

This is a workaround will allow you to bypass the need for SSE4.1 and 4.2 compatibility
(This is great for those using AMD Phenom Processors)

Steps:
Make sure that steam is closed before starting

1) Download Intel SDE - https://software.intel.com/en-us/articl ... t-emulator
2) Extract the files
3)Locate and Run the sde-win.bat (batch file)
3b) A new Command Prompt Windows will pop up. Anything executed within this window will be emulated.
4) Within the new Command Prompt Windows, Run the .EXE file for NBA2K19 as shown in video
