Is it possible to affect 2k19 myleague sim stats?

I'm trying to fix my 2k19 myleague sim stats so that more players can get more free throw and 3pt opportunities since free throw and 3pt averages keep dropping with each season as we are currently in 2053. I also want to adjust the rebounding since my 7footers can't even average 10+ rebounds even with a 99 rebound rating. And there are only like 5 players who can average 25ppg. I want there to be like close 15 players who can do that kind of like real life's inflated stats. I just wish I could upgrade sim tendencies. Is it possible? Is there anyway I can get what I want out of the league's sim stats?
