headshape conversions

is it possible to take a 2k19 18 17 16 or 15 headshape and convert to 2k14. i ask because the 2k14 version of david thompson sucks lol. his likeness is much better in later versions of the game. Just asking before i make an attempt at my own as it might be easier just converting from a newer game to 2k14 if possible
