How to make customize retro team

Hi guys do you know how to make a custom retro team im planning to make 2016 cavaliers roster

I know how to replace the logo and the floor file but as far as renaming the team, id liek to know that as well to work on a late 90s rockets team (barkley, drexler, hakeem,etc) as well as an early 2000s seattle supersonics team (allen, lewis, baker, barry, etc)
